Can I get every post sent by email?
There isn't an option to get every post sent by email but there are a few alternatives:
You can get notified about every post by enabling push notifications in the Notifications section of the Settings page. Please note that push notifications only work in compatible browsers, the iOS app or the Android app.
You can change how frequently you receive the digest emails so that you are notified more often about new posts.
You can setup email alerts to get notified about specific posts.
How do I change my email address?
You can view and change your email address on the Settings page.
When you change your email address, a verification email will be sent to your new email address. You will have to click a link in the verification email before your email address will be changed. Please make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder for the verification email if you don't see the email within a couple minutes.
How do I change the frequency of the digest emails?
You can change how often you receive the digest emails in the Notifications > Posts > New Posts section of the Settings page.
How do I reply to an email from another member?
You should be able to reply to emails from other members like any other email.
Alternatively, you can use the messages page to view and reply to messages from other members.
How do I turn off digest emails?
You can turn digest emails off using the Notifications section of the Settings page.
How do I turn off search alerts?
You can view all the search alerts you have set up on the Settings page. To turn off a search alert, click the "X" icon to the right of an search alert.
I stopped receiving the digest emails, what happened?
First check that digest emails are enabled on the Settings page. And make sure to click the Save button on the Settings page if you change your digest settings.
If the digests are enabled, then it's likely that your email provider's spam filter is catching the emails. To bypass the spam filter, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your Contacts list.
Why does it take so long for the digest emails to arrive?
The default digest email frequency is once per day because many people don't like getting too many emails. With once per day digests, the posts in the digest can be up to a day old but you can change the frequency of the digest emails on the Settings page.
